The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, your self-assessed health status, tobacco status, coverage amount, and term length. These details go to a quoting system run by the carriers' platform to return pricing—they're not saved by this website. You don't provide your name, location, phone, or email to see quotes. Identical requests may return results from a temporary cache to reduce calls to the quoting service.

Applying

Choosing to apply sends your answers into a secure application managed by the carriers' platform. At that point, you follow the platform's privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), handles applications.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred way to receive a reply, your subject, and your message. It's delivered as email to the agency, with your address used as the reply-to field. This website stores no copy of the message, keeps no submissions database, and saves no message history. A quick anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This website tracks views using a first-party, cookieless system delivered from the same domain. No cookies or persistent identifiers are created; two bytes of your IP are hidden before storage; the search string from the referring page is stripped out; raw logs are destroyed within three months. Browsers with Do Not Track enabled or Global Privacy Control activated are never measured.

What we do not do

This site doesn't sell or rent personal data, run advertising trackers, or add third-party analytics. The only outside code that runs here is the carriers' application platform, and only if you navigate to the application form.
